How It Works

  1. Answer simple questions online

Complete our online questionnaire at your convenience. You’ll pay a flat rate of $1249 to Boundless for help with your marriage-based green card application  or choose a monthly payment plan for as low as $235/mo with our payment provider Splitit. You can also choose to pay your government filing fees by debit or credit card at sign-up, and we’ll write the check to the government for you when it’s time to file.

  2. Optional step: Include your children

If you’d like to apply as a whole family, Boundless has you covered! Our online questionnaire will ask if you want to include any unmarried children age 18 or under on your application for an additional fee of $450 per child. Answer a few additional questions, and we’ll make sure your children have all of the forms and supporting documents necessary to receive their green cards.

  3. Application assembly and review

We’ll begin working on your adjustment of status application the moment you finish your questionnaire, starting with a thorough review of your answers.

  4. Supporting Documents

Based on the information you provide, we’ll give you a personalized list of all the supporting documents you need for your AOS application. Once they’re gathered, we’ll review them to make sure they meet government requirements and standards. No more guesswork!

  5. Legal Review and Consultation

An experienced, independent immigration attorney will then review your entire application to make sure it meets government standards and is ready to file. At this time, you can also consult with your independent attorney about any legal questions you may have.

  6. Application printing and assembly

Our printing team will print and assemble your entire physical application package, including all forms and supporting documents, and arrange it in the exact way the U.S. government prefers. We’ll then send it to your doorstep for you to sign and mail. That’s it! After mailing, you’ll just wait to hear back from the government. We’ll stay with you the whole time, helping you respond to government questions and get ready for your in-person interview.

I'm a green card holder and I want to sponsor my spouse through the adjustment of status process. Can Boundless help?

At this time, Boundless is only able to help couples apply for a marriage green card through the adjustment of status process when the sponsor is a U.S. citizen. We are not able to assist if the sponsor is a U.S. green card holder.

We are not able to support applications of this kind due to their complexity and recent government changes to the Visa Bulletin, which determines when couples are able to file their adjustment of status application. Due to a growing backlog of cases in the F-2A family-based category (Spouses and Unmarried Children (Under Age 21) of U.S. Green Card Holders), the “Final Action Dates” for F-2A applications are no longer “current” for the first time in several years. *“Final Action Dates” refer to applications whose priority dates have reached the front of the line and can now be adjudicated. Although the “Final Action Dates” are no longer current, the “Dates for Filing” have remained current for the F-2A category, meaning spouses and unmarried children of U.S. green card holders can still file their green card applications for now. Despite still being able to file, these cases will NOT be adjudicated until the priority date is current. This change is likely to significantly increase wait times for green cards under the F-2A category.

What is an "Adjustment of Status" application?

The “Adjustment of Status” process is for those green card applicants currently living in the United States. Green card applicants living in and applying from the United States file Form I-485 (the “Adjustment of Status” application). The I-485 is filed with USCIS, and its primary purpose is to establish that the individual is eligible for a green card. Adjustment of status can also be used to apply for employment-based, humanitarian, and diversity visa lottery green cards.

Adjustment of status is the immigration process for the following marriage visa types:

  • IR6/CR6 spouse and accompanying IR7/CR7 child when the sponsor is a U.S. citizen
  • F2A category (F26 spouse; F27 child) when the sponsor is a legal permanent resident (aka green card holder)*
  • CF1 spouse; CF2 child when the sponsor is a U.S. citizen and the foreign spouse is adjusting status from a K fiancé visa

*Please note that at this time, Boundless is only able to help couples apply for a marriage green card through the adjustment of status process when the sponsor is a U.S. citizen. We are not able to assist if the sponsor is a U.S. green card holder (F2A category). This is due to the complexity of these types of cases and government policies related to the F2A category’s status in the Visa Bulletin.

I’m thinking of completing the AOS/green card application myself. Why should I use a service like Boundless?

Filing for a green card from within the U.S. using “Adjustment of Status” can be an expensive and time-consuming process, especially if the application runs into any roadblocks. Completing the government forms and gathering supporting documents requires extensive research and high attention to detail. Any minor mistakes on the application can potentially set the applicant back months, if not years, and can end up costing thousands more in government and legal fees.

Based on recent USCIS data, individuals who choose to complete the application on their own are 4 times more likely to receive a rejection than those who choose to work with a preparer or an attorney. Generally speaking, to protect one’s time and money, an applicant would want to file successfully the first time, and not take any chances on such an important process. Most people look to specific companies for help with administrative processes like filing their taxes, organizing their finances, etc. — immigration is no different.

Boundless is your immigration partner from start to finish and we can help you avoid potential rejections, delays, and financial pitfalls. Our team helps prepare your application and completes several rounds of quality assurance reviews, including a legal review, so that you can file with confidence the first time around.

Will my AOS application be affected by COVID?

We understand you’re worried about how COVID-19 might impact your green card application. At this time, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is still accepting and processing “Adjustment of Status” green card applications. Applicants are encouraged to apply for an adjustment of status now, to get in line and jump-start the process.

Boundless has also put together a detailed blog post with the most up-to-date information we have on COVID-19 and how it might impact the green card process. Please check this page regularly for updates. We’ll continue to update the blog post as we receive new information from immigration agencies. Boundless can help you navigate these uncertain times with confidence. We stay on top of COVID-19 developments and immigration policy updates and when any changes happen, our customers are the first to know.

  1. We review your forms with you to make sure they’re complete and accurate.
  2. We help you upload all of your supporting documents and then review each of them to make sure they meet U.S. government requirements and standards.
  3. We run a thorough quality assurance check to cross-reference your forms to your supporting documents, ensuring everything matches up.
  4. Lastly, we pass your application to an independent attorney in our network who reviews your entire application package one last time to check for any potential legal issues and make sure we didn’t miss anything.

Once your application is ready to file, we print and assemble it in exactly the way that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) prefers and ship everything to you.
