Can my attorney attend my visa interview or represent me in court?
Boundless customers do enter into a limited scope agreement with their independent attorney, which does not include in-person representation at visa interviews or representation in immigration court.
Boundless does provide, however, a wealth of materials and personalized customer support to help ensure success in your interview. Most Boundless customers who have completed the visa interview process have reported being “over-prepared” for their interview because of the guidance and preparation they received from Boundless.
Can you provide me with an attorney in my area?
Since Boundless Legal operates under the supervision of the Utah Supreme Court, our supervising attorney is Utah-licensed. Luckily, Boundless is able to help people online from all over the United States and abroad.
