Great news! Boundless helps former marriage green card customers apply for Removal of Conditions.

For a flat $495, you get all the same great benefits you enjoyed when you applied for your marriage green card:

  • Your complete application package, assembled precisely how the U.S. government prefers and mailed to your doorstep
  • An independent immigration attorney who reviews your whole application package and answers all of your legal questions (for no additional fee!)
  • Full customer support from your dedicated Removal of Conditions Guide

What does the Boundless application package include?
Your “Removal of Conditions” package includes:

  • Form I-751 (officially called the “Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence”)
  • Additional forms, such as G-1145 (E-Notifications Form) and G-1450 (Credit Card Authorization Form), if necessary
  • All required supporting documents

Who needs to apply for Removal of Conditions?

Anyone who was married to their sponsoring spouse for less than 2 years at the time their marriage green card was approved has “conditional” permanent-resident status. This means their marriage green card is valid for only 2 years and must be replaced with a permanent, 10-year green card by applying to “remove the conditions” on their current status.

This “Removal of Conditions” process involves filing Form I-751, submitting new evidence of marriage authenticity, and in most cases attending another interview with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

My marriage situation has changed. Can Boundless still help?

Boundless is currently unable to support Removal of Conditions applicants that are recently separated, divorced, or widowed.

How long does the “Removal of Conditions” process take?

The U.S. government’s “Removal of Conditions” process takes an average 18–20 months from the time of filing. The exact timeframe depends on the USCIS office that receives and processes the application. (The most current processing times at each office are available here.)

Boundless stays with you the whole time — from the time you submit your application all the way to the finish line!

When should I start the “Removal of Conditions” process?

The “Removal of Conditions” application must be filed within 90 days before the 2-year conditional marriage green card expires. Filing after the green card’s expiration date makes the process harder, so it’s important to file within that 90-day window.

Not to worry, though! Boundless helps customers confirm the appropriate dates so they don’t miss their filing deadline.

How long does the Boundless process take?

The Boundless process — including package assembly, quality checks, and legal review — usually takes about 2–3 weeks from the time you finish uploading all supporting documents to your secure customer portal.

Start the Boundless process before your 90-day window opens by registering your email address and green card approval date here [link to google form]!
